  • Once your order leaves our kitchen, it is handled by our courier partner. While we work hard to ensure your delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition, we cannot take responsibility for delays, missed deliveries, or issues caused after dispatch (for example, if no one is available to receive the order).
  • To get the best from your food, please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Fresh items should be refrigerated immediately, and frozen items should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible upon arrival.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best service and ensure food safety, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order on the chosen delivery date. Missed deliveries may result in spoilage, for which we cannot offer refunds.
  • Store products correctly (chilled or frozen as appropriate) immediately upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage caused by delayed storage.
  • Check your order on arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any issues, including damaged or missing items.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Products: No returns accepted, except where required by law.
